PERSONAL LOG HANDLE-ONLY IDENTITY NO TRACKING

Mental health is part of my history. This website is not a public medical record.

I have lived through periods where mental health affected ordinary functioning, pressure, trust and the way I understood myself.

Those experiences changed how I think about invisible struggle. Somebody can work, joke, argue, plan and appear capable while privately finding basic stability difficult.

I will discuss boundaries, recovery, dignity and what those periods taught me. I will not publish every label, date, person or worst moment to make the writing more dramatic.
